Really nice people to work with, summers are great because it is easier to find clients to fill the time.

Cons

Next to no training, the training that is received is not used much, employees are very nice so they are easy to take advantage of, extreme emotional strain at times, constantly changing environment, and work load, major strain on vehicles that is not reembersed enough to cover the wear, no increases in pay although the cost of benefits keep increasing. Not a job for a person with a family to support.

helping the disadvantaged. most of my co-workers were great and fun to be around. everything else was a horrible experience.

Cons

billable hours. poor management. actually, the worst management i've ever experienced. felt like there was no real work getting done.

Pros

Great support team at our office. We all seem to have our own area of expertise and hold each other up. We expect challenges and are ready for them.

Cons

Office management is limited, but we not only make it work we put a smile on our face. Turn over for one of the positions (RSP) is frequent which makes it difficult for our clients. I believe this is true for all our locations. Offices are small with no windows.
