Pros

I got my own office and got to work with minimal oversight. There were usually free snacks.

Cons

5 days in-office, only like 5 people at this location total, no training or co-working, surrounding area doesn't have anything to offer, most engineering work is given to CAD technician, no in-office Professional Engineer. They also underpay their employees. I left to a different civil firm and got a 15k raise.
