Pros

Benefits are great. Phone reimbursement up to $100 a month. work itself is fun. You learn something new everyday. Lots of food and drinks.

Cons

Favoritism. Micromanagement. Unrealistic Goals. Poorly organized. No work/life balance. The pay isn't worth it.

NEPOTISM and IGNORANCE

Pros

You get a company laptop, a paycheck, a cubicle, and get to drive the shared company vehicle to work meetings.

Cons

Think of the pettiest, most ignorant, micromanaging, nepotistic, backstabbing boss from television you can think of. Congratulations, you now know what your future ROW supervisor will be like. Work is suuuper sporadic, turnover is extremely high, retention rates are very low due to belittlement and harassment. You will be hired to fulfill the next project requirements and then subsequently fired. They say they do things VDOT's way but in fact they make it up as they go and hide a lot of things. DO NOT TARNISH YOUR ROW RESUME WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
