Great place to work! People are awesome and get a lot more scope & impact than you would at other companies. Overall a very transparent org as well.

All around, Box is such an enjoyable place to work. The people here really care about you on both a professional and personal level, the work-life balance is fantastic and we have a cool product too

We are a very lean organization, which is great for job security, but it can mean that there can be a lot on your plate
