      Pros

      Box lives up to its values at its core. I've always felt like my voice as been heard, and I'm given the space and trust to execute my job in an innovative way. There are no "cogs in a wheel" at Box. Employees at all levels are valued as individuals with diverse perspectives.

      Cons

      Not a con, but Box has done a better job establishing standard, cross-functional communication channels at all levels over the past few years. I hope we'll continue investing in this.
