Thank you for sharing your feedback and I’m sorry you’ve had a negative experience thus far. We do our best to ensure that all Boxers are valued and want to address the concerns you listed. Regarding the time difference between Poland and Redwood City, we understand that it can be challenging to attend meetings outside of regular working hours. Although we do try to schedule meetings at a time that is convenient for all team members, but sometimes this is not possible due to scheduling constraints and time zone differences. Box will continue to work towards a more time-zone friendly and global work environment where teams across various locations can work cohesively. We also encourage employees to speak with their managers if they are having difficulty attending meetings during their regular working hours. In terms of pay raises, we review employee compensation regularly and take into account factors such as performance, market rates, and inflation. While we cannot guarantee a pay rise every year, we are committed to compensating our employees fairly and competitively. Finally, we take all labor laws seriously, whether in the US or in Poland. We have a global team and strive to ensure that all employees are treated fairly and in compliance with local laws and regulations.
