- inclusive culture - lots of different groups to join that are active in the Box community hosting events virtually + in the office that are wide reaching to make everyone feel like they belong - flexibility with working virtually - approachable management team- even the Exec's in the US regularly take time to host an 'ask me anything' session where you can ask any questions you have directly - great benefits scheme- free lunch! health care, lovely offices etc - volunteering opportunities- 3 days a year off to volunteer - global impact day- a day where all Boxers volunteer together at different places around the world - London office socials- ping pong tournaments, cake bake sales, halloween parties, casino nights, games nights- something for everyone! - great company culture with really nice friendly people - interview process is standard and structured well, respecting of everyones time - career progression is clear - good opportunity to work for a company that is a big name in the tech landscape
