      Pros

      One of the, if not THE, best company's I have ever worked for. The product is fantastic and is in hot demand. The company is constantly innovating and adding more capabilities to the product, giving us even more opportunity to meet our customer's needs. My co-workers are so supportive and positive, everyone helps everyone....it's baked into the culture. The culture here is amazing, very open communications from the top down on a regular basis. From the moment I started here, I knew that I had found a place that felt like "home" as far as work goes.

      Cons

      Short staffed in certain areas, making it more challenging to move as quickly as I'd like to on deliverables.

      Pros

      Excellent health insurance and benefits. Unlimited PTO for exempt employees that is used often, plus your birthday off, plus VTO, plus fresh air Friday’s. Open and transparent culture. Coworkers want to see you succeed, everyone is so nice and willing to help to get the job done. Flexibility. Supportive leaders.

      Cons

      No 401K match. Internal mobility not as good as other companies.
