My peers were friendly and welcoming.

Cons

Middle management micromanage their team's work, schedule excessive, pointless (mandatory) meetings, commonly give ambiguous, and sometimes contradictory instructions. They ignore genuine problems affecting the team, and dole out criticism rather than encouragement in their weekly overly pedantic ticket reviews (often giving less than perfect marks with poor explanations as to why). The work load is also at times overwhelming.

- Nice, respectful culture with a sense of fun - Good product for certain business use cases - Good earning potential

Cons

- A lot of middle management which can create internal politics and slow decision making - Main competitor is Microsoft so Box is generally always going to be supplementary to a customer's Microsoft investment
