Diversity and equality is something that is incredibly important to us, and we would love to share more about what actions we're taking here. On April 2nd, 2019, we announced that we had achieved pay parity in the US. We have also signed the California Pay Parity Pledge, committing to an annual company-wide gender pay analysis, including a review of our hiring and promotion processes to ensure equity for all workers. In terms of recruiting, we are actively working to diversify our leadership team and now have members of our Executive Recruiting team dedicated full-time to sourcing more diverse talent. This is a huge issue in the Tech industry, and we are committed to taking action to improve this at Box.
