Pros

Box is a great place to be a working parent, and helps employees like me to find their way in their career. The management teams and leadership truly cares about their people.

Cons

No 401K match is the only con. Also other companies will probably offer you more money... then run you into the ground.

Pros

One of the, if not THE, best company's I have ever worked for. The product is fantastic and is in hot demand. The company is constantly innovating and adding more capabilities to the product, giving us even more opportunity to meet our customer's needs. My co-workers are so supportive and positive, everyone helps everyone....it's baked into the culture. The culture here is amazing, very open communications from the top down on a regular basis. From the moment I started here, I knew that I had found a place that felt like "home" as far as work goes.

Cons

Short staffed in certain areas, making it more challenging to move as quickly as I'd like to on deliverables.
