      - Great people work here, never had an issue with anyone - Managers are friendly and respectful of work/home boundaries - Very flexible with work from home/remote

      Cons

      - Feels difficult to move up in the company - Methodologies behind change procedures are outdated and inefficient - Not a super high-growth tech company

      Pros

      The work culture is very friendly and casual in my opinion, a great firt work experience for me! You get decent benefits like gym and phone bill reimbursements, and on top of that unlimited days off! I really enjoy the weekly company wide meetings they have, they actual put in effort to make them interesting and fun.

      Cons

      They don't provide 401k matching.
