- good compensation - many teams, easy to switch - work life balance

Cons

- lots of legacy - many projects are just maintenance/migrations - bad product management, general chaos - in Poland the culture is nil, employees in Poland are treated as a cheap workforce, you may feel very much disconnected from the whole org culture, no real site lead
