Pros

Some really great co-workers and they offer a wide range of benefits.

Cons

No 401k match, below market value salaries, increases are based on manager favorites and if you ever disagree or voice an opposing opinion - kiss any slight raise goodbye. Typical annual salary increase is 1.5%. Terrible culture, no effort on part of CEO / Pres to invest in employees in any form.

Don’t waste your time

Pros

Check every two weeks. If you like to attend company functions where some of the management team and executives like to get hammered, such as happy hour, this is the place for you. Benefits are offered, however at a steep price.

Cons

Discrimination is a huge issue and management will give whatever reason they can find in the book to stay protected by the law. Your knowledge and experience do not matter if you do not look the part. Corrupt corporate and upper management, unjust processes as to what they will have you doing. Favoritism and protection is provided for specific employees regardless of their performance. If you become a nuisance in their eyes or justify yourself against management they will look for ways to push you out. If you exceed at your own duties you can be sure they will give you many other hats to wear. When you are promoted, they like to do it early on in the year as you only get evaluated once a year, at the end of the year. (This means you do not get a pay raise to go with your promotion). You will be underpaid and your raises will be minimal. You’re micro managed, cameras are placed in leasing offices and used to keep tabs on us. Consistent training is not provided. As other reviews have stated, the company does not care about you as a person nor your safety. The door is consistently revolving with employees being hired/fired. Once you’re in, it will become apparent that all of these reviews are true, and you will also be out the door seeking a better opportunity. There is no good culture or value at Boxer Property Management, your hard work and effort will be questioned and not appreciated. It won’t be long before even more positions are handed off to India. There are too many cons to keep going.

Good and Very Bad

Pros

Willing to take a risk on inexperienced and younger people. Gets your foot in the door in the real estate market. Relatively easy to learn

Cons

Upper management is horrible and does not care about employees. Most employees are disgruntled. Leasing representatives leave after a year or so for better jobs. Transitioning to a software company and not real estate, so be weary.
