Pros

Have no problem spending money for acquisitions. Care about aesthetics. No problems putting a ride tenant in check. Electronic proof of all work preformed.

Cons

All you need to know is employee of the year quit right after promotion without pay raise. Speaks volumes of their core values.

Pros

Hours are flexible and PTO in upper management was ok depending on your tenure with Boxer. That's the only thing I miss is my 5 weeks of PTO and my discretionary days which actually gave me 6 weeks of PTO.

Cons

All departments are unorganized and everyone has poor communication skills. Company does not give credit were credit is due. Poor paying salary! They hold the perception of everyone is supposed to have a degree to work for them, but that's a 'Big Blow Out"! Minorities are NOT allowed to advance. I have worked with this company for more than 15 years and I've seen everything this company is all about. They have "NO" family values! They have "NO" appreciation for your hard work! They have "NO" respect for an individual that dedicates themselves to their job responsibilities, instead they belittle individuals! They show no compassion towards anyone! They are a TOXIC company with a huge turnover!

Pros

Wow, where do I start? These horrid reviews should give some good insight of the place you could be working at if you wish to sell your soul. Since leaving Boxer Property I now have a very nice paying job, my skills and experience are respected and appreciated, and I only look back at Boxer as a very good learning experience.

Cons

Upper Management and Corporate eat there employees alive and replace them so fast it will make your head spin. I watched over a period of 5 years as all 8 of my Property Managers either quit or were fired outright, this is very much a true story. Some former employees that worked with me will recognize who I am most likely because I used to always tell them " I wonder when they will quit firing all of the Property Managers and start taking it out on us Engineers". I actually had one Property Manager call me right after she was fired , crying her eyes out and telling me about how much work she put in and how they treated her when she was fired. Fortunately I was lucky enough to find a much better job and move on before I had to experience anymore of this train wreck known as Boxer Property. In the span of 5 years I recieved a total of 55 cents in raises. Since leaving Boxer Property, I now make over 8 dollars more an hour than I made there, in less them 2 years. I work for a Company that puts their Employees first and we have one of the best Safety programs in the Country. Good riddance Boxer property, you lost a very good employee the day I decided to finally pack up my belongings and hit the road. . P.S at this Company, there is no open door policy. Their HR department is designed to protect upper management and the assets and interests of their Company. If you go to HR over a dispute, you had better be in very good graces with upper management or expect to be fired or transferred far away enough to where you will want to quit.
