very loose environment - to the point where employees boss the managers and it's an acceptable practice

Cons

the managers do not support the employees and when there are bullying situations you are left to fend for yourself. you will cut years off your life working here due to the stress.

Pay, Leadership direction,HR,Conditions of production floor horrible conditions to work. Safety issues, everybody got a boyfriend/girlfriend including management.

No formal training or structure, supervisors that are not emotionally intelligent, tense situations being presented to you and you have no clue why.
