Great PTO and vacation accruals. As an employee I receive an above equitable salary. Limitless career growth and opportunities as the company continues to expand its national foot print. Bozzuto has strategically positioned itself for success during times of economic uncertainty with diversified lines of business.

Cons

401k match could be improved. Additional challenges are property/ownership specific which largely depends on staffing plans, and operating budgets. This unfortunately can be out of Bozzuto management’s control. When starting in the industry some young professionals will prefer not to work weeks.
