Discounted Housing Flexible Schedule Cool Job Role

Cons

underpaid undervalued overworked weak commission structure (selling 16,500 monthly apartment for a $200 commission taxed and paid 2 months later) Removed stepping stones for promotion hire outside company rather than promoting from within Commission is more like a salary, doesn't vary much month to month(creates no motive to sell)

Cons

Regional manager support is essentially nonexistent, and it often feels like Bozzuto overpromises to ownership, leaving Property Managers in difficult situations. The Northeast team also tends to feel very cliquey, especially when a Regional is close friends with the Director of Management, which makes it even harder to feel supported or included.
