Pros

It’s a job... I guess!!! Oh.. They got us food a lot to make us fat! Bozzuto by Calvin Klein is a great scent I must admit! 😂😂

Cons

Onboarding experience??? What a joke! You sit in front of a computer for 2 days of insignificant information! They just throw you to the wolves after that! You get an hour lunch break?? I might of had 4 lunch breaks during my time with them! Oh... and you can only put 8 hours in, even though you may have worked 9 or 10! Management is consistently moody and belittling! I could go on, but I’m probably wasting my time and yours!

Pros

-Good Base Pay -Generous PTO -Great potential to grow from within -Expanding Portolio in different states -Great perks such as a clothing allowance and discounted rents if you live onsite -Great regional managers, give you motivation to move up and are very helpful!

Cons

-Low commission -Lack of support for managers when short staff -Lack of support for maintenance when short staffed -Lack of support from corporate at times, when you ask for assistance or require help you sometimes get an attitude (it’s confusing when you get an attitude from corporate) or get sent to a million other people before getting a straight answer

Gain a lot of sales and marketing experience

Cons

Expected to work all events put on at the property and working all weekends except one; feel burnt out a lot of the time and underappreciated
