The pay is above average

Cons

Lease ups are disorganized. A lot of political play. The diversity lives almost exclusively in leasing and maintenance. Most of upper management look the same, especially corporate. There is clear favoritism when it comes to how employees of certain demographics are treated. Everything appears good on the surface but seems extremely disorganized behind closed doors. A lot of cut corners and inconsistencies.
