-I have a great team -Lots of bonus opportunities -Nice office -Supportive leadership -Decent pay -Good benefits -Constant growth into new markets, a sense that there will be opportunities for you -Prioritizes DEI -Diverse leadership -Strong brand image, good reputation

Cons

-You have to for sure be a people person to be good at this job/in this industry -Residents (sometimes) -Staying late for events (not a big deal but expect to do this a couple times a month at least) -401k match is below standard -May have to work some holidays -Workload can be a lot at times, but there are down times too -Growing pains it seems -Constant concern about online reputation, not a horrible thing but definitely something you will be managing

Great management: I haven't had a problem with my team or anyone in Bozzuto and have been welcomed with open arms by the entire staff here at my property (Core) Proximity: I live about .3 miles from work and it is very convenient for me and allows me to make it to work on time - every day! Flexibility: I'm currently a full-time college student and working as a SMA full-time as well, so flexibility was an important factor in choosing Bozzuto as my workplace. In the event that my scholarly obligations interfere with work , I am always able to speak with my managers/supervisors to reschedule a day off to get what I need to get done in both of my very important endeavors.

Cons

Stress: Being in leasing isn't for everyone. You must be able to multi-task constantly and think on your feet. I'm lucky to work better under pressure, but I definitely do not recommend this to the average person. Managing anxiety and stress is an important factor to anyone's mental health. I do sometimes feel that I am overwhelmed with all of the tasks I need to get done in one day, as I not only work in sales, but I also have to work on the marketing for the property. I'm not the best at it, however I will try my absolute best to increase my marketing skills to get the job done.
