Don’t show that you’re competent. Ended up showing that I can handle a larger than expected work load and was split between two buildings, each budgeted for 2 of my position, but was the only person at each. Was quite literally doing 4 jobs for the pay of one with no added support or incentive for multiple months before any signs of attempting to fill the vacant positions
