      Pros

      Wonderful management, learning opportunities, and sense of community, pay is good as well even though that’s not the first thing that you focus on.

      Cons

      Not much recognition only really when you get a bad review and it could be from a prospect who just wasn’t having a good day so it’s hard for higher ups to know what a good job you’re doing onsite with the residents every single day.

      None this company is a disgrace.

      Genuinely the worst company i’ve ever worked for. please do not believe any of the positive reviews. they purposely post good reviews and flag the negative ones. speaking from experience. please avoid this company at all costs they treat their employees like dirt.
