Strong problem-solving skills are also essential, as you’ll often need to think on your feet to find solutions for residents and prospects. It’s a fast-paced, people-focused job that offers valuable experience and a solid foundation for a career in the industry.

      Working as a leasing agent at Bozzuto is a great entry-level opportunity for anyone interested in property management or real estate. The role requires strong multitasking skills, constant social interaction, and the ability to problem-solve quickly. You’ll spend most of your day talking with residents, prospects, and vendors, so being highly social is a must. On the downside, the job is very fast-paced and can be mentally draining if you prefer more independent work. You rarely get two days off in a row, as “weekends” are often split—like having Sunday and Thursday off instead of Saturday and Sunday. This can make work-life balance tricky for some.       Pros

      thorough training and support while going through the process. everyone on the team sets you up for success and drills in that they want to see you succeed and grow within the company which makes me feel good about retention and job security

      Cons

      for buildings bought by bozzuto it’s rough transitioning from management to management. dealing with residents and gaining their trust is hard when taking over a building and not much training is provided in that area
