Pros

- Commission - Fun corporate events sometimes - If you have a good onsite team, it makes the lack of support from higher management easier - The values of the company are truly resident focused and seem like they genuinely want to provide a quality service; however, in recent years there has been a shift from resident satisfaction to ownership satisfaction.

Cons

- No support from off site management - Lower base pay than other management groups but higher expectations - Company feels to have shifted to being more focused on making ownership happy than caring about residents or staff. Everything feels like a money grab - they want us to defend owners to the residents even when exhibiting greedy behaviors that they force the onsite team to enforce on their behalf and then don't back us up. - Depending on the team, you can be stuck doing the work of multiple positions. Sites are frequently understaffed while workers are undervalued and underpaid. - Higher management uses on site staff as chess pieces and will only allow for moves that they want or will benefit their portfolio.
