Pros

Supportive Team from on-site management, upper management, corporate and even with peers at sister-communities. Strongly believe sin promoting from within and offers competitive salaries and great benefits! It really is a company full of "nice people."

Cons

No cons about Bozzuto but the industry itself is extremely demanding! Bozzuto urges team members to take time for yourself and family and have great PTO and benefits to assist with that.

An Overall Great Workplace for those with Great Work Ethic

Pros

Opportunities for advancement, benefits, the people, recognition, goals, most training will set you up for success.

Cons

Bozzuto is TRYING but hasn't nailed the goal of being over 100% staffed to ensure coverage during transitions. For smaller properties, the staff will be 2 people in the office and coverage will not be available to take advantage of your PTO. Without coverage for your office, the flexibility you should have in balancing your life and work is no longer present. This is unfortunate because in the past I have raved about the work/life balance within the company.
