Bozzuto provided great benefits. The longer you are with the company the better the benefits get.

Cons

No work life balance at all. Upper management expects for you to work on your days off & while on vacation.

Pros

Positive co-workers and a family feel. Good support of work/life balance.

Cons

- Bozzuto bends over backwards to make their resident's happy, which isn't the best thing. While I am all about customer service, it seems that all too often residents will yell and scream over something stupid and then get a gift card as a reward for complaining (to smooth things over- they call it "oops" money). That just empowers residents to keep yelling and disrespecting staff members since they know that we will just give them whatever they want and then some. - Not much growth opportunity in the Boston area -The bonus structure isn't the best and you can't afford to live in Boston on the salary they give.
