      -I do not feel comfortable with my coworkers, they have said mean things that made me feel like I am not qualified to be here -I do not feel like a valued part of the team, I am ignored -No Growth

      Pros

      -Great environment, friendly staff, easy work and easy to get promoted wherein there is plenty opportunities.

      Cons

      -Not enough dedication to teaching more skills, no on-site positions available for buildings that residents can benefit from, expensive buildings that don't make living on site easy with on 20% discount

      Great Company to work for but.....

      The pay is decent. I love the professionalism.

      Cons

      As a part time employee, we get no benefits except accruing pto. I feel like we get overlooked and unappreciated because we only work on weekends mostly. We are apart of the bozzuto team as well and should be appreciated more.
