Decent pay and benefits for those right out of college

With such aggressive core values, strict dress codes, and receiving a book written by the founder on the first day- the company feels like a cult. If you’ve watched severance, that is the vibe. Creepy and rude higher ups are riddled throughout the properties. My first week working at a Bozzuto property, someone was shot and murdered on the property. This was a Friday. That weekend, I was scheduled to work alone and had to handle the entire situation from a customer service standpoint, by myself. I was 21.

Flexibility, great pay, beautiful buildings, great for part time extra money if you have a better paying full time job.

Cons

Not the best training. If you work overnight, forget about seeing your manager.
