Pros

I have worked for Bozzuto for just under 6 months, and have already been given ample opportunities to thrive, grow & learn new skills. I feel 100% supported by my supervisors and team, and I really enjoy the day-to-day interactions I have with our residents.

Cons

The Batch Yard in Everett is a hectic property - there is never a dull second, and it can become overwhelming at times, especially considering we do not have a concierge here. It does make the days fly by though!

My experience with joining the Bozzuto team has been nothing less than professional and welcoming. They were prepared from day one for my arrival and had onboarding lined up and ready for me to go. Very smooth transition for someone leaving one culture to another.

Cons

The onboarding was very heavy on leasing, I wish it was more geared to the position I was hired for.
