Team oriented approach to work-load. Great pay and amazing benefits 401k with match. work-ethic and results drive promotions. Paid overtime and Holidays.

Cons

On-call can be overwhelming at times. Be prepared to sacrifice your time, and work more hours if you have a smaller team.
