I am so happy to work for a company that celebrates the successes and empowers their employees to make decisions and learn from their mistakes if they occur. With this mentality I personally have been able to grow dramatically in my career. This company believes in nice people. They feel you cannot teach nice so they hire nice and teach the rest. This mentality has afforded me the ability to work with some of the best people in the industry

Cons

You have to push hard to make changes across divisions within the company, but they are working hard to create "One Bozzuto" to simplify this matter.

When I began to work for them on a part-time basis it was fun and felt it was a great company to be part of. The starting pay for professionals working as part time was pretty decent compared to what others were paying at time when I started. About: work/life balance from a PT perspective, you can request a temp to cover your shift if needed and etc. Received 1-2 days training over my tenure with them and that’s about it.

Cons

Since your PT basically you will always be at the bottom of the food chain, depending on who is your manager or which property you land it could be a great experience or an interesting one. The company does not do reviews for PT employees; the pay increase does not represent the worth or what you contribute to their company. They have a lot of PT turnovers not sure why. No further training offered to PT employees.
