You can only carry over 80 PTO hours. Sounds like a lot but many managers lose hours because they feel they can never take off. There is a lot of promotion within but most of the time the regionals already know who they want in the position. Lack of diversity (in the manager roles), especially in the super luxury buildings and lease ups. Most of the diversity comes from the Concierge staff. The hours are 9-6pm at most properties without much wiggle room. Depending on where you live and the traffic sometimes you don't get home until really late. This causes problems especially if you have children. Homework time is really late or it may be hard to get them to after school activities.
