- Many opportunities for growth - Commitment to diversity and inclusion - Great people to work with (colleagues, upper management, etc) - Positive work environment

Cons

I fear that the company is growing too quickly which may negatively affect the company's brand. Due to the constant attempt to grow business, the on-site teams are sometimes not getting the support they need from Regionals and SVPs.

They care for everyone

Pros

The biggest reason why I love this company is they prepare you to move up within the company. They try to train everyone to work everyone's position so we all work as a team together. The company cares about each employee and even takes the time to visit the various communities to meet everyone.

Cons

The only con I really have is really specific to the position I have. Some days I have to work at a location that is a little bit further out than I would like, but it comes with the territory of the position I have with the company.

Great work life balance! – I love who I work with and the work environment really does feel like family. Also you can't beat the benefits with CareFirst or the 401K with T. Rowe Price. Rewarding career! - Moving is one of the most stressful life events anyone will go through. I enjoy being a part of a company that reduces that stress for their customers. Opportunity to grow! - Bozzuto has structured careers tracks for growth and always prioritizes internal promotion.

Cons

Corporate employees do not receive a rental discount at Bozzuto communities.
