I don’t have any cons. However, the oncall emergency phone for emergency calls. It took some time to adjust but after a few weeks your body is programmed.

Great benefits (health and otherwise,) great PTO, and overall everyone in the company is very friendly and helpful! From my team onsite to anyone I've met higher up/corporate. I've been here for [upcoming on] 4 years!

Cons

Everyone is too happy! (I kid, haha.) Though, small things - I do feel like we get new systems/ways to do things far too often. Fixing things that aren't broken multiple times a year in the name of 'efficiency' can sometimes be draining/overwhelming. Especially if on the ground we're busy. This industry (and the standards and values we do keep in mind as we do everything) is rewarding, but not for the lazy and/or people who can't multitask! It's a fast-paced environment (which isn't necessarily a con but could be considered one to some people.)

Cons

It’s tough to find cons when working for a company you love, but if I had to list a few minor ones: High Standards – Expectations are high, but that’s what makes the company great. The Workload Can Be Demanding. With such a strong culture of excellence, there’s always a lot to do. But that’s how we stay the best company.
