Pros

-Bozzuto encourages their employees to grow within the company. The majority of my coworkers started with lower positions and worked their way up. -The company changes to its employee's needs. They have a platform for employees to list their suggestions for improvement and Bozzuto actually listens enforces any changes.

Cons

For higher level positions they mostly look to hire within the company.
