Bozzuto is always buying and selling and upgrading their communities, there is so much room for new ideas, new positions, it's a fast-moving train. Their benefits are fantastic, their bonus structure makes it so easy to make more money, on top of the high-end base salary you get. You will feel empowered to actually make beneficial decisions. It's amazing to be able to actually help a resident. There is always a loud minority of difficult residents, but overwhelmingly you are able to positively impact homes and lives of so many people, while seeing your community thrive financially. I could not be more satisfied with Bozzuto and I am extremely grateful for the opportunity they have given me. After working for an extremely stagnant, unethical, money-hungry company, it's like a breath of fresh air and a renewed love of my career! I highly recommend if you are interested in pursuing your options in this industry. They truly take care of their employees and their residents. They host amazing events for their residents and the annual Bozzuto Management Awards is a huge celebration of the entire company. Just amazing overall!
