I am blessed to work for a company who's leadership values their employees.

Cons

Not a lot of opportunity in the south, but they are working on growing in the Carolina's, Florida, and Georgia.

Pros

Many opportunities to grow with the company. New job openings are posted daily and training is thorough. Small office teams.

Cons

Pay doesn't create livable wage for the city. Not much commission to be made in stabilized properties so base should be higher.
