Pros

Great culture. This is the type of company that cares about their employees and seems to promote from within very often. There are ongoing trainings to help everyone improve and ultimately it was a great company to work for.

Cons

There aren't too many cons associated with this company. The cons come more from the industry itself rather than the company. For example, this is not a typical Monday-Friday job. Most, if not all, of the property level offices are open on weekends (even holiday weekends).
