A company that actually cares about their employees

Pros

They will treat you like part of the Bozzuto family and give you everything you need to succeed within their ranks. The pay is fantastic and the benefits never seem to stop coming.

Cons

The only thing I believe they could do a better job of is to include the lower employees in the group meetings to allow new and unexpected ideas to come forth and add to our creativity
