Lots of potential for career growth!

Pros

After being with Bozzuto for a year I was able to be promoted to an Assistant Property Manager. Management wants you to succeed but only if you work hard. They value their employees and do their best to please everyone.

Cons

Communication between onsite management and corporate can by stressful and time wasting. Different properties have different policies and procedures even though Bozzuto still manages the properties. Office politics, but that occurs in every work place. Corporate & Management knows who they want to promote.

AnyPerks, Pay is okay,

Cons

Didn't like their product, felt terrible about pushing them on people, worked crazy hours, ended up coming in on my days off, constant pressure to make sales, everyone is obsessed with becoming regional manager, training is poor, Apartments are ridiculously overpriced for what little you get, understaffed

Pros

Bozzuto has an excellent reputation in the industry and for good reason - they only hire the best of the best. This means you are working with very high performance individuals which of course helps you to improve as well. They invest in systems to put the resident first and value efforts made to remain on the cutting edge of our industry.

Cons

Because the company and it's associates operates at such a high level, the work is not easy. You will be more involved in things at Bozzuto than at most other companies. For those that like a predictable, easy, slow-paced environment where you aren't asked to do too many things outside the box, this isn't the place for you. For those that want to be pushed to the top of their field, this is the place. Ultimately, Bozzuto is for race cars not Camry's. Race engines are put under much more stress and require more maintenance. But Camry's don't win races.
