Pros

Bozzuto has amazing leaders. The fact that upper management takes the time to know each employee as much as they can says a lot about their core values and dedication to Bozzuto.

Cons

I really don't have any cons at this time. I have been with Bozzuto for 7 months. This is my 4th property management company that I have worked for since I started in the industry 14 years ago.

Great Training Program, very supportive upper management team, rewards and recognition, alot of room for growth and promotions.

I can't think of any cons. I've been employed for 2 years with Bozzuto and love my job!
