The people in this company are top notch. I've never been so proud to be a part of a culture like Bozzuto has developed for its employees. Everyone is like family

Pros

Great culture and work atmosphere. Solid company with lots of expertise and experience, but still in a growth stage which is setting the company up for lots of future success.

Cons

Either provide higher salaries, or offer some type of bonus structure to keep competitive with competitors. As great as a company may be to work for, there is unfortunately a price for everyone, regardless of loyalties.
