Bozzuto cares about their employees. Excellent work/life balance. A lot of potential for growth within the company.

Cons

Salaries/Hourly rates are a bit lower than some companies. Bozzuto is just starting to boom in Chicago - this could change once they have more communities to manage.

Pros

Company structure is so solid - always feel supported from every single department Co-workers near and far all make you feel like you are part of the family Always tremendous opportunities for advancement and career growth Core values for how business is conducted and employees are treated is well superior to others Training and hiring process was organized and easy Members of upper management are extremely approachable and personable. I always feel that they are accessible if needed. They are also focused on making Bozzuto the best it can be for employees and clients alike. They recognize hard work and want to promote from within. Employees ideas and suggestions are always welcomed and valued. They very much encourage a strong work/life balance

Cons

So far I have not found any cons working for Bozzuto. I've worked for many other Property Management Companies and the grass is definitely greener for me here! They really understand what is important and don't sweat the small stuff. It makes such a difference in this industry when the company as a whole is focused on putting residents and employees first.

Role isn't really defined, it varies from property to property, as only larger properties require one.

Cons

Not every manager is invested in the growth of their employees. If you get a great regional manager you can go far.
