Pros

Worked with amazing people, learned an absurd amount in a very short amount of time, every day was exciting, I got to go to a lot of cool networking events, and overall it was a really fun summer and I met a lot of great people

Cons

The only thing I can think of would be cons with property management in general (sometimes you have to deal with cranky residents) but thats something you will need to deal with anywhere in this industry
