Pros

The training and potential for advancement opportunities can be wonderful. Some properties are lack lustre and prove challenging to retain occupancy.

Cons

There are some managers that either enjoy a little catty, office drama or are threatened by rising talent. Unfortunately, because my family needs couldn't handle a further commute, I opted to leave the company than to remain under the current manager.

Pros

The people in HR and onboarding were great, great pay for position, good benefits, consistent schedule. Maintenance team was awesome and helpful

Cons

The leasing staff were lazy and spent most of their time talking about their own personal lives. A lot of the times they dumped their work on the concierge because they claimed to be "too busy" during the day. The concierge team was not included in team outings or entitled to any bonus associated with tenants signing leases

Pros

When working in property management every day is an adventure! Bozzuto hires sharp, friendly people that making even the tough days fun. The company has an extensive training program that really helps to prepare you for anything. Everyone that I have worked with, or met through Bozzuto has been great. I started as an intern and was lucky enough to be hired on as a multi site sales associate. It's been a great place to learn and everyone has been welcome and supportive. There are so many different aspects of the job, it never gets boring! The people who work here care and that makes it a wonderful place to work!

Cons

It is a high pressure job. You are dealing with peoples' homes, one of the most important and expensive thing someone has and sometimes it can be hard to make everything perfect.
