Pros

Big-company success, mid-size company size, with a small-company environment. Everyone is very friendly and creates a sense of community in the office to the point where one can look forward to going to work each day. Everyone is happy to welcome you and to help you learn and become a part of the team.

Cons

Seems to be a big social divide between the groups of Bozzuto (construction, development, etc.). Also a massive divide between the main office and the Pennsylvania branch office. The PA branch feels much more corporate and "down-to-business," where the corporate branch is a more laid-back and fun environment. The corporate employees often refer to PA employees as being "in their own little world up there" in a condescending manner.

Pros

Most corporate teams have a flexible schedule, competitive salary for most positions, company growing rapidly so there is a lot of advancement.

Cons

Not enough staff to handle work load. If you put in more effort than coworkers it becomes expected of you and you are sometimes overlooked as far as acknowledgement. Cliques/bullies go unaddressed. Constructive complaints to HR go unresolved. Lower level managers not held accountable to executive managements high standards/values.

The Bozzuto Group paid well and their benefits package was top notch. That is this companies saving grace in the North east.

Cons

Middle Management like in almost every industry are self promoting and loathsome individuals.
