Pros

Bozzuto has an excellent reputation in the industry and for good reason - they only hire the best of the best. This means you are working with very high performance individuals which of course helps you to improve as well. They invest in systems to put the resident first and value efforts made to remain on the cutting edge of our industry.

Cons

Because the company and it's associates operates at such a high level, the work is not easy. You will be more involved in things at Bozzuto than at most other companies. For those that like a predictable, easy, slow-paced environment where you aren't asked to do too many things outside the box, this isn't the place for you. For those that want to be pushed to the top of their field, this is the place. Ultimately, Bozzuto is for race cars not Camry's. Race engines are put under much more stress and require more maintenance. But Camry's don't win races.

I've been working for Bozzuto for about 3 years now. Started in sales. Great room for growth. The company is also growing a lot so you have the opportunity to move to different places.

Cons

Getting holidays and weekends off can be a pain.
