Pros

Opportunity for growth within the company. Bozzuto really invests in its employees with great benefits and lots of training opportunities. Kind and friendly people!!!!

Cons

The SMA position varies so much with each property, so there’s not much structure for this position. It felt like duties and responsibilities piled up. Hours. Weekend hours.

Environment is very friendly and they value your opinion and everyone matter. I truly appreciate the way they run the company and what they believe as well

Cons

I think the challenges is the technology still outdated. I also think we should have a better career path on the service side.

Pros

Big-company success, mid-size company size, with a small-company environment. Everyone is very friendly and creates a sense of community in the office to the point where one can look forward to going to work each day. Everyone is happy to welcome you and to help you learn and become a part of the team.

Cons

Seems to be a big social divide between the groups of Bozzuto (construction, development, etc.). Also a massive divide between the main office and the Pennsylvania branch office. The PA branch feels much more corporate and "down-to-business," where the corporate branch is a more laid-back and fun environment. The corporate employees often refer to PA employees as being "in their own little world up there" in a condescending manner.
