      Pros

      The Bozzuto Group offers a variety of ways to grow within the field. You are often rewarded for hard work and creative innovations. The people are incredible and its very easy to have meaningful relationships with coworkers and managers. The company treats its employees like people, not just numbers.

      Cons

      The hours can be long, and you often must work weekends. There is sometimes oversight lacking from upper management, and other places there is some micro-managing.

      Pros

      -There is plenty of room for advancement and if you're with the right management staff they'll train you on getting to where you want to be. -The majority of the properties are beautiful...why wouldn't you love working in such fantastic places -Bozzuto hires some of the best, and therefore you get to work with some of the best -Bonuses are great

      Cons

      -The company has gotten so big! While this is a good thing, the downside is that you don't get that feeling of personal attention from corporate that you used to. -I like the new STAR Awards Program, but miss the luncheons (that was one of the things that made you feel that personal attention) -Haven't had an SSA summit in a while (I really looked forward to these!) -Bonuses are great but your property must be on or below budget...otherwise you've worked very hard for nothing

      Pros

      The company is more than just about profit. Bozzuto really cares about its customers' satisfaction (and its employees'). You also get to meet and interact with a lot of people from all different walks of life. Most employees are really positive and encouraging when others do a good job.

      Cons

      Your experience in the field is directly related to those you work with as well as the property at which you work. Just because one property may give you a "bad" experience, doesn't mean it is all bad. You should give another property a shot. Working weekends and holidays isn't the greatest but you know that going into it. It's also possible to feel that your valuation is off. When owners/corporate place extreme demands on a team and you end up working late all time, you may feel like you should be earning more.
